We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to lead the development of Workday-related digital projects within the Talent Management area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all stages of digital initiatives, from design to implementation, while working closely with product owners and key business stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering digital solutions on the Workday platform and supporting the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
Your role
- Collaborate with the HR People Platform team to lead and deliver digital talent solutions, enhancements, and optimizations in a Workday environment
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation improvements
- Act as a functional expert and provide support for cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Implement and maintain strong governance practices for technology platforms to ensure continuous improvement
- Independently manage project progress and proactively report any issues or escalations
Your skills
- Extensive experience in Workday configuration, including Talent Management modules and operational reporting
- Proven track record of leading complex digital projects, from initiation to post-implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, with proactive management of deliverables and issue resolution
