Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR and functional teams and act as a liaison between the Compensation COE, HRIS teams and global HR Operations.
- Serve as the Workday SME, with a strong understanding of the functional processes within the Advanced Compensation module and apply this understanding to HRIS strategies and implementations.
- Improve the business function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
- Manage relationships with high level business stakeholders.
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
- Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, configuration, and testing of system changes
- Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to business objectives
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and HRIS technical teams, including the ability to articulate guidance, concerns and influence others
- S-erve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
