ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a dynamic Workday Business Analyst (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Job Description
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
- Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
