KEYLIME CONSULTANTS ARE HIRING ON BEHALF OF A LONGSTANDING WORKDAY CUSTOMER AND WELL-KNOWN GLOBAL BRAND, AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR A WORKDAY CORE HCM & COMPENSATION TEAM LEAD TO JOIN THEIR IN-HOUSE HR TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
This is a permanent role that requires on-site presence in central London 3 days a week.
Competitive salary depending on experience, up to €105,000 + 15% bonus.
Reporting into the Global Head of HR Technology, the new Workday Core HCM & Compensation Lead will guide a small team of two Workday Analysts, ensuring consistent support and optimisation of Core HCM and Compensation/Advanced Compensation at global level.
You will join as a senior member of a bigger HR Technology team, bringing technical capabilities as well as leadership and strategic skills. With your extensive Workday experience, you will lead various Workday enhancement projects around Core HCM and Compensation, with additional responsibilities over Workday Extend. You will be responsible for managing deadlines and team’s priorities, facilitating discussions around new strategic HRIS initiatives and leading their execution, as well as contributing with your technical skills when necessary.

WORKDAY CORE HCM & COMPENSATION TEAM LEAD – REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday, specifically around Core HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation, including in depth configuration experience of all three modules
- Knowledge of Workday Extend will be considered a strong plus
- Leadership capabilities, with extensive experience of leading Workday implementation/optimisation projects and teams
- Impeccable communication skills, with experience of liaising with stakeholders across several global regions and at all levels within the organisation
- Experience of managing external consultants and vendor relationships (e.g. Workday)
- Ability to think strategically, acting as an advisor within the HR Technology team, identifying areas for improvement in the existing landscape and proposing new solutions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without visa restrictions. Ability to commute to central London on a weekly basis
