KEYLIME CONSULTANTS ARE SUPPORTING A NEW WORKDAY CLIENT WITH STRONG EUROPEAN PRESENCE AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED WORKDAY FINANCIALS ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR RECENTLY ESTABLISHED IN-HOUSE WORKDAY TEAM.

This is a permanent role, available as largely remote in Germany or Belgium, however it is preferred that candidates are based in or near Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg or Brussels.
We welcome applications from candidates at different levels of experience in Workday, as long as the requirements below are met.
Salaries will depend on experience, going up to €90,000 + bonus for candidates at Senior Analyst / Functional Lead level.
Our client has recently implemented Workday Financials and HCM and are now building a new Workday Team to further optimise the tenant and tailor its configuration to each country’s specific needs. The new Workday Financials Analyst will work on system enhancement projects, while supporting and maintaining existing functionalities, ensuring consistent and effective user support. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into Workday configuration, in collaboration with other Workday team members, Finance stakeholders and the wider IT team.

WORKDAY FINANCIALS ANALYST – REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional knowledge of Finance processes across different areas, ideally coming from an operation finance background
• Hands-on configuration skills on Workday Core Financials plus ideally one other module
• Prior experience of supporting or leading Workday optimisation and/or implementation projects, with a preference for client-side experience
• Fluency in both English and German (must have), French is a plus
• Ideally, previous experience of working in a scale-up environment, where processes tend to be lean and not as complex as in more corporate realities
