• 3+ years of Workday Financials experience across any modules.
• Proven ability to lead Workday Financials projects from discovery to go-live.
• Strong client focus, consulting skills, and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Minimal travel required (<5%).
