Responsibilities:

WORK YOU WILL DO:

As a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Gathering business requirements
  • Build consensus around business processes and design.
  • Communication of product capabilities
  • Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
  • Configuration of the HCM application
  • Testing/Validating the solutions
  • Be cross-trained in one of our market leading HCM cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP)
