Responsibilities:
WORK YOU WILL DO:
As a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Gathering business requirements
- Build consensus around business processes and design.
- Communication of product capabilities
- Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
- Configuration of the HCM application
- Testing/Validating the solutions
- Be cross-trained in one of our market leading HCM cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP)
