We’re looking for a dynamic Workday Functional Consultant (m/f/d) to drive optimization and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Job Description
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
- Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
- Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
- Team Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.
