This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading European organisation in a new role, that has been created to facilitate the optimisation and enhancement of Workday within the business.
WORKDAY HCM ADMINISTRATOR – REQUIREMENTS:
- A strong HR background, with outstanding knowledge of HR processes and data flows
- Good understanding of how HR processes are translated into Workday configuration, as well as the ability to process organisational changes in the system and amendments to Workday Security settings
- Ideally, previous experience of amending and creating Reports in Workday
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, any other European language will be considered a plus
- Eligible to live and work in Germany without visa restrictions

Responsibilities:
The business has been live with Workday for around 3 years, and they utilise Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking and Absence.
As a Workday Administrator you will act as the main POC for Workday within the HR Department. You will work closely with stakeholders based in various European countries, collecting business requirements and, together with the AMS Partner, translate them into Workday configuration. You will be responsible for Security maintenance in Workday, as well as organisational changes, set up of new employees and HR reporting, including the amendment of existing reports and creation of new ones.
