REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of Workday experience
• Experience with workday HCM
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework/ professional certification programs
• Direct experience in any programming language (Java, .Net, Python,) or Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to or be willing to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge with an ERP, COTS, Packaged, or off the shelf technologies
• HCM Certified (on any of the Technology platforms i.e. Workday, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft etc.)
• Desire to be re-tooled into any of our HCM platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

WORK YOU WILL DO:

As a Workday HCM Payroll analyst on our Human Capital team, you will:

• Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes.
• Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results.
• Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
• Be cross-trained in one of our market leading HCM cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP)
