Description:

WORKDAY HCM AND COMPENSATION TEAM LEAD – REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience of managing Workday projects in the areas of Core HCM and Compensation, with strong technical knowledge of both modules
  • Experience of managing and mentoring HRIS teams
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role, offering strategic leadership within a global and complex environment
  • Availability to travel into central London on a weekly basis (3 days a week)
