YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have several years of experience in the ERP space (HCM, Finance, or Payroll) as well managed services in offshore/onshore methodology and exposure to ITIL processes
- You have excellent client facing/client service and communication skills in English as well in German
- You are very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, detail, and multi-tasking skills
- You can work remote if possible, yet attend in-office meetings regularly to stay connected with your team
- You can travel on-site to customers when required
- Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required
- A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll strongly preferred, but not required
- ITIL, PMP and/or HCM Certifications are plus

Responsibilities:
With your first client you will work more geared towards as a Service Delivery Manager. But with your project delivery management experiences you will also work in a project environment of other clients temporarily.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure projects are forecasted appropriately and ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
- Leads and owns client service delivery aligning to ITIL best practice
- Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, analyze processes, and recommend improvements, and opportunities
- Responsible for revenue pull through for AMS Portfolio of assigned clients
- Maintaining high client satisfaction ensuring agreed services are delivered against set service level agreements
- Drives maximum sustainable billability for AMS while balancing profitability, client satisfaction and team member quality of life
Project Delivery:
- Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints
- Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed as well is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Principal Consultants working on their implementations
- Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes
- Assist in the transition of the client from professional services to product support
- Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation
