Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration and Optimisation: Maintain and enhance configurations across all Workday functional areas to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead configuration projects from start to finish, including coordinating testing and supporting the successful rollout of new features.
- Release Management: Oversee functional reviews and testing during bi-annual Workday releases, ensuring our system stays up-to-date and reliable.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions to keep our systems running smoothly.
- Security Management: Ensure that system security is robust, with roles and permissions that are always current and accurate.
- Continuous Learning: Engage with Workday webinars, forums, and other resources to stay ahead of new developments and expand your expertise.
- Team Support: Contribute to broader HR projects, offering your skills and knowledge to support your colleagues and the team’s overall success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience and Expertise: 3-5 years of HRIS experience, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented: A passion for technology and a desire to create innovative solutions that drive efficiency and impact.
- Diverse Workday Knowledge: Experience in multiple Workday functional areas, such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Performance & Talent, Compensation, and Learning.
- Security and Framework Insight: Solid understanding of Workday security protocols and business process frameworks.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive and Collaborative: A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and Professionalism: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
What We Offer:
- Career Advancement: Opportunities for growth and development within a leading global firm.
- Inclusive Culture: A workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, where all team members are empowered to succeed.
- Supportive Environment: A collaborative, flexible, and dynamic setting where your contributions are recognized and valued.
