The Role

  • Manage operations of Workday integrations catering payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally.
  • Supervise Workday operations team.
  • Design and implement new Workday integrations and enhance existing integrations using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio.
  • Develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix mostly) for HR users using Workday Report Writer.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from around the world and use EMEA and APAC to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements in Workday integrations and reports.
  • Conduct bi-annual Workday upgrade testing using SMART Kainos Test Manager.
  • Stand as the first point of contact for escalations and communicate effectively and consistently with customers
