WORKDAY INTEGRATION EXPERT – HCM & FINANCIALS – REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Workday technical skills, with broad experience of building Workday integrations from scratch, utilising Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs and similar tools
• Experience of building integrations in Workday Financials is highly desirable, however we also welcome applications from HCM professionals who are keen to learn Financials
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English. German is considered a plus
• Experience of working within an international and complex environments is desirable
• Ideally, experience of supporting new Workday implementation projects as an Integration Expert
• Eligibility to live and work in EU without Visa restrictions

Salary on offer will depend on location and experience, going up to €100,000 + bonus for senior profiles based in Germany. Target salary outside Germany is in the region of €80,000 + bonus, but there is flexibility on this for the right profile.
The business has recently gone live with Workday Core HCM in 30 countries and Financials in 3, and are now working to implement new functionalities and expand Financials to other locations.
The new Workday Integration Expert will join a dedicated team of IT and HR professionals, as the main point of contact for anything related to Workday Integrations, with initial focus on Financials and Procurement, and future exposure to HCM. You will closely work with the Workday Product Owner and the Data Team to ensure that the system is efficiently integrated into the wider IT infrastructure, and that master and transactional data correctly flows in and out of the system.
