Kognitiv is seeking a Senior Integrations Consultant to join our remote team and deliver top-tier Workday solutions to clients worldwide. You’ll lead and support Workday integrations, from initial scoping through go-live, ensuring clients maximize their Workday investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Workday integrations across various modules, adapting to client needs.
  • Conduct sessions to gather and analyze requirements, advising clients on best practices and improvements.
  • Oversee medium to high-complexity projects, mentoring team members to maintain quality.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, drive solutions, and contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Support junior consultants, sharing insights and fostering a collaborative environment.
