Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Program Delivery, the Workday Lead Analyst is essential in optimizing and managing our HR processes through Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge across various Workday HCM modules to meet our company’s needs, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time tracking, benefits, learning, and talent management. This role involves close collaboration with HR business partners to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, provide support, and improve user experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE + QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Workday HCM.
  • Proven track record in managing Workday implementations and enhancements with a deep understanding of HR procedures and policies.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving, with a focus on improving HR processes and data accuracy.
  • A self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects while optimizing business processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
