Workday Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Workday Project Manager to serve as a key advocate and leader in the successful implementation of Workday’s Time Attendance and Scheduling modules. This role requires close collaboration with both external system implementors and internal stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are customized to fit our global operations, particularly within our warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise and a deep understanding of timekeeping and scheduling needs within a pack-and-ship environment.
Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight:
Serve as the internal project lead for the implementation of Workday’s Time Attendance and Scheduling modules.
Contribute to the overall project plan, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with external system implementors to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing global Workday projects, specifically with Time Attendance and Scheduling modules.
Experience working with external system implementors and managing global implementations.
Strong understanding of timekeeping and scheduling requirements in pack-and-ship warehouse environments.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across multiple teams, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of global compliance and labor laws is a plus.
