You are someone who has:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience ideally in general HR operations, recruiting payroll, time & absence, talent, etc.
• Previous relevant experience in implementing or supporting projects implementation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities as requested by project leaders.
• Apply critical thinking and propose concrete solutions to resolve client issues.
• Strong work ethic, highly driven, autonomous, and able to self-learn.
• Desire and ambition for a continuous professional and personal development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French (both would be an asset)
• Strong communication skills.
