The Role:
As a Workday Systems Analyst with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and administration across multiple Workday functional areas while driving the transition to a new cloud-based HRIS over the next 12 months. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring smooth system operations, enhancing functionality, and supporting a seamless system migration that aligns with our business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain the Workday system across various functional areas, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent and Performance, Reporting, and Systems Administration.
  • Support the migration from Workday to a new cloud-based HRIS, ensuring a smooth data migration, effective change management, and minimal disruption to ongoing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance both current and future system capabilities.
  • Conduct testing for new functionalities, manage change requests, and provide training to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the system transition. .

What You’ll Have:

  • Proven experience in Workday system administration across multiple functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, and Talent & Performance.
  • Experience in supporting HRIS transitions or system migrations, with a strong focus on data integrity and process optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage reporting regimes and suggest customisations to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Relevant experience in Workday-focused projects or certifications, including Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Absence, Learning, and Talent & Performance.
