REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field,
  • Utilizing multiple technology areas within “Workday” and has extensive knowledge of the use and impact of technology transformations,
  • Having significant knowledge and experience in Talent and Performance with an active Workday certification in Talent and performance is required,
  • Knowledge of multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruitment, Comp/Adv comp), business processes, security will be an added advantage,
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations,
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for specialist to strengthen the HR Transformation Project that includes the development, implementation, and rollout of a new Human Resources Management System with Workday at its core. This Application Maintenance Service involves the provision of ongoing support and maintenance for Workday. The Services comprises activities such as bug fixes, troubleshooting, updates, and ensuring the application’s overall functionality and performance. As an experienced partner we shall deliver state of the art services according to highest industry standards and drives innovations and continuously improve service quality.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent and Performance SME: expertise in Talent and Performance innovations,
  • Functional Support: handle requests/incidents for Talent, Integration, and reporting in Workday,
  • Existing and New Functionality: requirement gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing and post-production support,
  • System Administration: access, security set up, tenant wide policy set up,
  • Setup, update and support technical objects for different annual processes,
  • EIBs and Mass data changes - scope, build, implement, test and support,
  • Impact Assessment: analyze new releases’ impact on processes and integrations,
  • Incident Management: detect, classify, prioritize, and resolve incidents, monitor and communicate incident status,
  • Review the impact with local and Global team,
  • Implementation of mandatory and optional features,
  • Regression testing
