- Proven track record in managing complex Workers’ Compensation cases from inception to resolution.
- Proactive, results-oriented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software for efficient case preparation and representation.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the newest Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you will be instrumental in driving the firm’s success. You will handle a diverse caseload, bringing your expertise to bear on complex legal matters and contributing to the firm’s ongoing excellence and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Legal Document Preparation: Craft precise Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions.
- Discovery Management: Oversee discovery processes to gather critical case information.
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain clear communication and strategic case management with clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
- Court Representation: Advocate effectively for clients in court appearances.
- Team Contribution: Leverage expertise to support team development and success.
