Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Workers’ Compensation Consultant and Manager I, the Workers’ Compensation Consultant will perform a variety of professional duties in the Uninsured Employers’ Benefits Trust Fund (UEBTF) Program in an effort to settle and resolve claims of injured workers who were industrially injured while working for an illegally uninsured employer and seek reimbursement of benefits paid out by the Fund from the illegally uninsured employer. If you have list eligibility as a Staff Services Analyst, it will be used to hire you as a Workers’ Compensation Assistant. Candidates with Staff Services Analyst eligibility must meet the minimum qualifications for both Staff Services Analyst and Workers’ Compensation Assistant.
