• Newly created role within Aon’s growing Self-Insurance team
• Based in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Melbourne, you will be supporting some of our largest and most prestigious clients in their self-insurance strategy
• Position will suit someone with experience in workers’ compensation, self-insurance, broking/consulting, or underwriting

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

This position will suit an experienced consultant with the following skillset:

• A passion for workers’ compensation and experience working within a self-insurer, Insurer, broker or underwriting environment
• Analytical skills as they relate to financial management and/or premium methodologies, or willingness to learn
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills allowing you to be a prominent member of the workers’ compensation community
• Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Self-discipline and organisational skills, with a motivation to work to tight deadlines
• Experience managing complex commercial / corporate clients
