Responsibilities:

Contacts (CRM management)
Scheduling (i.e. ensure follow-up is scheduled)
Emails (i.e. be the keeper of the email account, flagging items for my attention)
Listing Management
Buyer Management
Transaction Management
Website/Social Media (i.e. utilize AI Social Media program)
Office (i.e. supplies, need a new coffee maker)
Personal (integrate household schedule into work schedule)
I only want my assistant(s) to do the things they will excel at. Please identify where your strengths and weaknesses are so I can ensure hiring the right people to cover all requirements.
Most but not all tasks can be completed remote. A 30 min weekly meeting mandatory, min one per month in person and other tasks will require on site or in transit time.
Pay dependent on hours and skills. Bonus structure added after probationary period

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 3-48 months
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
