Responsibilities:
- Undertaking workforce planning activities to determine resource requirements and forward workforce estimates, working with stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of resource plans.
- Proving reporting in relation to planning and capacity to support the Contact Centre’s core deliverables.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition teams to understand the market for specific skills.
- Support supplier sourcing strategies for key resource areas based on planned capability and capacity planning.
- Providing advice to stakeholders regarding the skill profiles and other workforce planning issues.
