Responsibilities:
- Assists with the design, execution, and growth of social media campaigns to increase employee engagement, boost morale, and assist overall recruitment and retention efforts.
- Manages various social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Seeks out, vets, and creates employee success stories in a variety of mediums, such as social media sites, online, internal blog, internal video screens, external video, and audio.
- Identifies creative ways to highlight team activities and events through photography, videography, storytelling, and website postings.
- Utilizes the internal webpage by regularly posting photos and stories.
- Tracks, interprets, and reports web traffic and engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns. Stays current on social trends and potential new, appropriate venues.
- Supports and collaborates with HR and Professional Development at team related functions and activities throughout the year.
