• Provides statewide workforce services and outreach activities serving Foreign Labor Certification participants.
• Acts as multilingual outreach worker ensuring any communication (written and oral) is accessible in language spoken by majority of the Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers. Helps to maintain engagement and knowledge of the program.
• Coordinates outreach and provides on-site assistance for employment services to include job application preparation and employment referrals.
• Examines working and housing conditions, documents, and reports any apparent violations and/or complaints and completes follow-up as needed.
• Provides training and information related to statewide Kentucky Career Center services, benefits, and protections afforded MSFWs to include training and resources on protecting farm-workers against sexual harassment, coercion, assault, and human trafficking.
• Maintains records of contacts made and services provided as well as possible violations, complaints, and actions taken
