We are the Workforce Systems Information team, responsible for developing and maintaining BCUHB’s Electronic Staff Record system (ESR), Establishment Control process and Workforce Information.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team, as a Workforce Information Systems Support Officer. The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive high quality administrative service.
When in post, the successful candidate will be provided with full training in relation to the area of work, and benefit from a wealth of experience and knowledge which the team hold. You will develop and demonstrate positive values, whilst working towards the organisations purpose to improve health and deliver excellent care.
Some elements of home working may be available for this post and this would be discussed at interview.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To support in the provision of a quality People Systems and Business Intelligence Service within the Health Board through the production of routine workforce information, data cleansing Electronic Staff Record (ESR), supporting Audit and Project Work as required. Generating an innovative approach to the function, acting on own initiative, taking advice from manager as required.
Complete essential administration tasks such as Data Cleanse, FOI, Overpayments and Leavers Project support, including attending meetings, taking meeting minutes/notes and ensuring all project documentation, actions plans and templates are up to date.
Develop and maintain an effective and efficient knowledge management system to contain all the raw data capture, relevant project paperwork, training materials, benefits realisation, lessons learnt reporting, evaluations to create intelligence to support the project and service improvement across the Health Board.
Acting as a point of contact for the People Systems and Business Intelligence Team and providing support to the Workforce Administrators and Assistants in resolving day-to-day problems as well as dealing directly with and responding effectively to complex queries from end-users in relation to People Systems and Business Intelligence and where appropriate, passing on relevant information to appropriate colleagues and managers sensitively and autonomously.
