Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to take on the role of Workforce Innovation Coordinator, recruiting and managing volunteers, apprentices and trainees, within Inclusion Hampshire.
We are looking for someone with experience in the drug alcohol field, with a passion for supporting volunteers and an interest in building our workforce from the grassroots level.

Full-time Workforce Innovation Coordinator (working 37.5 hours per week).
Within this role you will be required to travel across Hampshire in order to support the volunteers, trainees and apprentices across our 9 sites as well as our specialist services.

Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training and line management of Volunteers, Apprentices and Trainee Recovery Workers.
Working collaboratively with the Inclusion Hampshire hubs and specialist teams.
Undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with Apprentices and Trainee Recovery Workers.
Taking action to support your staff team in working towards and achieving targets as set by commissioners
Promotion of Service User Involvement
Developing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders, partnership agencies and other organisation
