Description:
The Workforce Intelligence Analyst will work as part of an integrated Workforce Planning and Intelligence function, working closely with local teams across the East of England region to provide comprehensive workforce information, analysis, and planning input into all aspects of NHSE activities. This will enable a flexible, productive and affordable healthcare workforce with the right skills to meet the needs of patients and evolving care pathways.
As Workforce Intelligence Analyst, you will work as part of the Integrated Workforce Planning and Intelligence function and will be responsible for supporting the provision of information, analytics and predictive modelling services to support business needs.
You will establish and manage appropriate processes to support education and training activity.
They will manage relevant information management systems ensuring accuracy of the data/information held and provide an accurate analytical function of education commissioning and contractual activity.
In addition, contribute to the development of education plans, by working in partnership with those responsible for workforce planning, education commissioning, education quality and workforce innovation and ensuring that accurate demand collections from service providers are available.
The postholder may be expected to carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
