Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
A newly created position is available for an experienced Systems Analyst with experience in Workforce Dimensions (or equivalent). Reporting to the Group Head of Strategic Workforce Management, you’ll support our teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to manage and coordinate business processes and systems, ensuring that business requirements and workflows are managed in an efficient and effective manner across the UKG timekeeping systems and system modules.
This is a key role that is part of the Crown-wide technology transformation and provides support in the development of solutions that will enhance our workforce planning processes and policies. You’ll be central in engaging team members to support them using our technologies and assist them better leverage system and business workflows, processes, and reporting.
