POST SUMMARY:
The role of Workforce Operations and Analytics Specialist is responsible for the full administration of management reporting and workforce information. This role will involve supporting HR in the analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and strategic planning, with recommendations for improvement. The Workforce Operations and Analytics Specialist will conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR Strategy, consistent with the University strategic goals and objectives.
