Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work closely with subject matter experts in HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure we are adhering to the correct process, procedures and award interpretations
- Act as a central point for all system knowledge and capabilities in the business maintaining contemporaneous documentations on functionality and configurations
- Lead Regional, Store and Assistant managers in use of the system, best practise rostering
- Liaise with technical resources (i.e. IT/Payroll/People/Systems) in testing and deploying biannual major system version upgrade
- Undertake or co-ordinate end user UAT for any configuration changes and system upgrades
- Maintain suite of standard/automated reports in Dayforce
KEY CAPABILITIES
- Previous experience in a workforce planning or similar client facing, customer role
- Experience in retail / store environment
- IT/Systems experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong problem solving skills, collaboration and stakeholder management
