Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with subject matter experts in HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure we are adhering to the correct process, procedures and award interpretations
  • Act as a central point for all system knowledge and capabilities in the business maintaining contemporaneous documentations on functionality and configurations
  • Lead Regional, Store and Assistant managers in use of the system, best practise rostering
  • Liaise with technical resources (i.e. IT/Payroll/People/Systems) in testing and deploying biannual major system version upgrade
  • Undertake or co-ordinate end user UAT for any configuration changes and system upgrades
  • Maintain suite of standard/automated reports in Dayforce

KEY CAPABILITIES

  • Previous experience in a workforce planning or similar client facing, customer role
  • Experience in retail / store environment
  • IT/Systems experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills, collaboration and stakeholder management
