Description:
Temporary position for 12 months
Our team is on a mission to align our organizational needs with available labour sources by optimizing the way we plan and allocate resources to reach our service level objectives and better serve our members and clients. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for forecasting service levels and call volumes. You’ll help extract data to create and produce reports. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills in order to share their expertise and provide the business unit and its business partners with professional support. More specifically, you’ll be required to:
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret the information and data required to support the decision-making process for planning and allocating resources
- Produce a variety of reports about the organization’s workforce needs
- Provide advice on how to implement recommendations
- Make recommendations
- Help develop and implement work methods and processes associated with systems under your responsibility
- Support users with questions about how to use information management tools

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience with call volume forecasting
- Experience in operations planning and management
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
