Job title: Workforce Planning Advisor

Salary: £45,628+
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Communications or Events Manager role
- Strong Analytical skills such as data / analytics / reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Desirable:
- Experience in a people management role
- Understanding of workforce planning and resource management
- Experience and understanding of the lifecycle of Projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Site, Facilities & Infrastructure (SF&I) Function Stakeholder and Communication Strategy
- Advance and incorporate a new digital work place strategy
- Progress and maintain a SF&I Stakeholder & Communications Management Plan
- Create and manage a new SF&I On-Boarding strategy
- Become a STEM ambassador and take part in attraction outreach
- Promote thematics in line with the company values to help to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce, and to improve employee engagement
