JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team sits at the forefront of data driven decision making and is focused on building out firm-wide strategic capabilities to unlock the potential of our data to enhance our strategic and investment decisions.
As a Workforce Product Associate in Corporate Team you will be working on a high focus, high impact product delivering metrics and insights within HR (Human Resources) to support over 50,000 managers and support functions. Together with the product team you will be responsible for driving the thought leadership behind the product whilst creating the end-to-end strategy all the way from conceptual ideas to the execution with our Corporate Technology teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage the product life cycle from ideation & prototyping through to the translation of requirements to our technology team
  • Evaluate current user cases, conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for future product development
  • Understand end user needs and influence product development roadmap
  • Partner with our client engagement teams to ensure our end users are getting the maximum value out of our analytics and insights
  • Build a strong relationship with both Corporate Technology and User Experience (UX) partners

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Understanding or experience in data and visualizations
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution
  • Strong inter-personal skills with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders including technology partners
  • Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables
  • Excellent oral and written executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels; confidence in communicating with management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Understanding the needs of a manager to help lead a team effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Expertise in working with data to drive insights from analytics and drive decision making, experience in using BI tools such as Qlikview and Tableau to support rapid prototyping
  • Experience using JIRA or similar workflow tooling to manage product requirements
