Responsibilities:

A great opportunity to support our national workforce team by providing rostering operations support on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establish and publish operational rosters for every service ensuring to align with customer, award, operational and financial needs and parameters
  • Actioning of leave and replacements
  • Actioning temporary shift changes in line with award rules, operational needs, budgets and financial targets
  • Filling of vacant shifts, including engagement with agency in line with operational needs and financial targets
  • Responding to queries and requests via phone and email in relation to rosters in line with agreed service levels
  • Supporting the identification of roster gaps and challenges
  • Contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of the organisation’s culture, policy, teams, processes, systems, training and ways of working
