Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer within our People and Culture team, your responsibilities would primarily include:
- Champion the People and Culture Unit’s new HRIS and oversight Unit change management initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop and Provide City-wide training to super users, line management and new users; provide first line support to employees in use of the HRIS, particularly its self-service functions;
- Design, implement, and maintain databases to optimise data storage and retrieval, use advanced analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights, while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity & quality and;
- Track, manage, and follow up on vendor support tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the process
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in, analysing, reviewing and drafting processes with a focus on business improvement;
- Experience assessing business issues and requirements; documenting in process mapping software;
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and;
- Developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, specifically in relation to negotiating positive outcomes and promoting business improvement
