We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Intern to assist with the development and implementation of a collaboration platform within Microsoft Teams. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication, productivity, and knowledge sharing across our organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled as a student (undergraduate or graduate level) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication skills in German and English

Platform Development:

• Collaborate with our IT and project teams to design, configure, and customize Microsoft Teams channels, tabs, and apps for our Contract Collaboration Platform
• Create and manage Teams sites, document libraries, and channels.
• Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance collaboration.

Guideline Creation:

• Develop clear and concise guidelines for using Microsoft Teams effectively.
• Cover topics such as chat etiquette, file sharing, channel organization, and security best practices.
• Ensure guidelines align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for employees on using Microsoft Teams features.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and promoting adoption.
• Monitor user feedback and suggest improvements.
• Documentation:
• Maintain documentation related to the collaboration platform, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting tips.
