Job Description

• Supports team with operational tasks;
• Weekly internal reporting (customer account statement, exceeded credit limits, pricing reports);
• Reviews together with Team Leaders employee roles and accesses;
• Supports the administration of shared email accounts within the team;
• Supports development of customer data base;
• Supports team in collection of information for operational topics;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing University (Economic, Management, Administrative area);
• Business fluent English;
• Good command of Office tools and keen on using digital tools;
• Ability to work in a structured way;
• Proficient in team communication;
• Ownership of daily tasks.
