YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s Degree student in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communicator and fluency in both German and English language
• Strong organizational skills with experience in event organization and management
• A creative self starter who understands the importance of community for product growth
• Experience or knowledge about community engagement and growth is an advantage.

We are seeking a proactive Community Growth and Engagement Working Student (F/M/D) to play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our CELUS Design Platform community. You will work closely with our Growth team, gaining hands-on experience in community management, engagement strategies, and data-driven growth initiatives. At CELUS, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the design process with our cutting-edge CELUS Design Platform. Join us in fostering a vibrant community that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Identify opportunities to expand our existing community
• Manage and engage with community on regular basis
• Organize and execute inspiring online and onsite community events
• Conduct user research to ensure activities are user-focused
• Collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to enhance our platform
• Explore market community approaches and translate them into strategic business opportunities.
