WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• An interest in marketing and education, and proven experience as a Content Creator or with producing and quality-checking digital content.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.
• Ability to deliver a range of concurrent projects on time.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn how to use different systems and software. Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, and Google Suite is desirable.
• Native level in German and fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Based in Germany but can work remotely, we have an office in Munich.

As such, we are looking for a working student to join the Organic Growth team and contribute to our exciting goals in 2024. Working with our Digital Content Specialist and Marketing Team, you will have the opportunity to have a real impact on our digital content projects.
You will be joining one of the fastest-growing Edtech companies in Europe, used by 22 million+ students and pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Marketing or Digital Content management and accelerate their growth in a fast-paced and learning-centric environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Digital Content Specialist to plan, produce, and create a range of digital content that will be widely available on our website and platform.
• Quality Check, monitor, and report on the performance of our learning materials.
• Conduct SEO research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content.
• Edit and proofread content, and write copy as required.
• Support the management of our Content Portfolio which covers five Domains.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest educational and learning trends in the DACH, UK, and US Markets.
• Prioritise and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
• Create innovative ways to increase our users’ and stakeholders’ engagement of content.
