ROLE OVERVIEW:

Join our dynamic CRM and eCommerce teams as a Working Student based in vibrant Berlin. In this role, you will focus on setting up and managing newsletter campaigns using Klaviyo and supporting updates and product launches on our website and other marketplaces. This position is ideal for a student passionate about eCommerce, who is eager to gain practical experience and make a tangible impact on our communication strategies.

YOUR TASKS:

• Assist in the setup, and management of newsletter campaigns within Klaviyo to engage our customer base effectively
• Support the segmentation and personalization of email lists to enhance targeting and user engagement
• Support with the launch of new products and content updates on our Shopify website and other marketplaces
