THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Proven project leadership and project management experiences
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a must. German / Spanish / French is a plus.
  • Highly organized and outcomes-oriented way of working
  • Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint and GDrive
  • Value building relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Think creatively

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Customer Advocacy, EMEA - Intern will have an opportunity to work on a diverse set of Advocacy initiatives and will gain capabilities in customer relationship building, story telling, data management & accuracy across our customer references, marketing tools, event preparations and other skill-sets.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Focus on UKI, France, Iberia/LATAM, Italy, Nordics and Benelux regions as a start
  • Support assets development to showcase our customer’s success
  • Conduct interviews with Sales field/Value Engineers for story qualification
  • Own some part of the event and customer advocacy process
  • Deliver regular refreshers on where and how to find Customer Advocates/stories
  • Report on customer advocacy activities to the manager in Europe
  • Own and execute on work streams within journey sprints
