WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Operations, Management, or similar
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
  • Preferably some experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal,
  • ISP, CSN, Ariba, Concur etc.
  • Language: fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken!
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery

Responsibilities:

As the administrative support to the Office of the CTO your goal will be to perform administrational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the T&I Board Office. Your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses
  • Booking meeting rooms/ venues for the team
  • Arranging meetings for managers including coordination of team meetings and larger external events
  • Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
  • Maintain and monitor Purchase Order Requisitions and Purchase Orders, and invoices
  • Support with organizational tasks for the team like planning and execution of team meetings, etc.
  • All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team
