Description:

WE HELP THE WORLD RUN BETTER

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

Responsibilities:

One of the major products within the Customer Engagement Innovation Team is the ONE Customer Success Workspace (1CSW). A flexible and modular customer engagement platform has been established to manage the cross-company customer interaction model including actionable insights at one place. The solution acts as a central source workspace that curates and presents key insights to drive strategic and ongoing proactive management. The 1CSW is being developed into a ONE-Stop-Shop for customer-facing roles reducing the number of clicks, tools and reports with easy access to business insights.

You will actively support the 1CSW product team with the definition and harmonization of role-based user journeys and with communication & enablement related tasks:

  • Engage with work streams within a larger program, driving specific project management related tasks/initiatives
  • Support in gathering business requirements and define user stories that can be implemented by our team
  • Define and compile communication & enablement material and drive regular show & tell sessions with the end user community
  • Responsible for keeping the 1CSW SharePoint and WIKI pages up to date, including release notes on latest enhancements
