QUALIFICATIONS

You are studying business administration, economics, (business) computer science, engineering, humanities/social sciences, psychology or a comparable course of study.

  • You know the basics of market research and data analysis from your studies or from your first practical projects.
  • You have an analytical mindset and basic knowledge of statistical and analysis software such as R, SPSS or comparable.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
  • Reliable, meticulous and self-reliant way of working as well as the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

We measure and analyze the customer satisfaction of all IONOS customers worldwide. From our analyses, we derive projects together with departments from the entire company in order to increase customer satisfaction and thus contribute significantly to the company’s success. After your initial training, you will support the Customer Research Management Team in market research and customer satisfaction analysis using qualitative and quantitative market research methods and data analysis technologies. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects.

  • Together with the Customer Research Management team, you will conduct customer satisfaction analysis.
  • You will support the team in the creation of company-wide reports.
  • You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the following areas and to take on tasks independently as a permanent member of the team: Support in conducting customer interviews or focus groups, questionnaire programming, data analysis and results preparation, text mining techniques, support in conducting and analyzing in-person as well as remote usability tests.
  • You will work on projects in our team and have the chance to independently take over your own sub-projects.
