- Manage and orchestrate customer visits.
- Get in direct contact with companies from around the world.
- Be responsible for customer tours in the Experience Center (e.g., technical and/or storyteller support on the show floor, SAP campus tours, etc.).
- Drive operational excellence in many different topics and lead on clearly defined projects.
- Operational support for planning and implementation of innovations in the Experience Center
