Description:

WE HELP THE WORLD RUN BETTER

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated intern or working student to join our Marketing Translation Service Team at SAP’s Language Experience (LX) unit. You will be working directly with our translation project managers for a minimum duration of six months. Your role will involve dealing with a broad array of marketing assets—from videos and brochures to interactive formats—all managed within various content management systems and translation tools. A unique learning opportunity in an innovative environment!

AS AN INTERN OR WORKING STUDENT, YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in internal translation project management tasks using various tools for project and translation management.
  • Conducting quality checks and corrections to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Managing translation queries.
  • Creating and updating internal process and tool documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participating in testing activities, specifically for new tool releases, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Getting involved in strategic projects related to neural machine translation and speech-to-text technologies.
  • Collaborating on strategic initiatives that will shape future processes and technology within our department.
We hope you can join us as a full-time intern for a minimum duration of six months (equivalent to one full semester).
As an alternative, we invite you to join our team as a working student for a minimum of six months. In this capacity, you would be expected to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during semester breaks.
Furthermore, we prefer if you have several semesters remaining until your graduation, which could allow you to extend your time with us.
At SAP, we highly value our interns and working students, recognizing the fresh perspectives and unique insights you bring to our team.
